Estefan Kitchen now open at Margaritaville Resort Orlando’s Sunset Walk

Emilio and Gloria Estefan have opened the doors of their newest Estefan Kitchen location at Margaritaville Resort Orlando’s Sunset Walk.

The Miami destination brings a Cuban flair with modern and traditional dishes, live entertainment, dance performances, and an Insta-worthy setting to the Central Florida shopping district.

“Sunset Walk is the perfect destination for Estefan Kitchen to call home,” said Emilio Estefan. “Bongos Cuban Café celebrated 22 years in the community and we’re thrilled to turn the page and continue sharing our culture with our neighbors in Orlando.”

The restaurant’s dining room features tropical plants, marble floors, an indoor and outdoor bar, and a stage for live nightly performances. The menu offers a mixture of traditional Latin cuisine, plus vegan and vegetarian options.

Signature dishes include Lechon Asado (Slow Roasted Pork), Seafood Paella, Chino Cubano, and “Miriam’s Chicken and Rice Asopao,” a recipe from the Estefans’ personal chef. Mixology rests at the heart of the restaurant with house-made mojitos and the Glorious Cosmo, created by Gloria herself.

Nightly entertainment and performances include a live band, DJ, salsa dancers, and conga line — which guests are encouraged to join in.
