Caoba Miami Worldcenter Almost Fully Leased

After opening in January 2019, Caoba, the 444 unit luxury apartment building at Miami Worldcenter, is now 80% leased. Caoba’s first tower rises 43 stories, its second tower will rise 40 stories and include 411 units. Construction on the second tower is expected to begin soon.

Also at Miami Worldcenter, the 43-story Luma apartment tower is also under construction. Luma will have 431 units available for rent once completed.
